Referring a Patient

Let us know how we can help your patients. I maintain availability for urgent add-on consults and see all new consultations quickly. Our office at South Bay Vascular Center has onsite ultrasound and procedure labs, so patients move from evaluation to imaging to treatment in one place — and we pride ourselves on providing your office with timely updates of our findings and plans.

Common reasons to send patients to us

  • Non-healing or slow-healing leg, foot, or toe wounds
  • Suspected PAD: claudication, rest pain, absent pulses, abnormal ABIs
  • Varicose veins, leg swelling, venous stasis changes, or venous ulcers
  • Carotid stenosis on imaging, carotid bruit, or TIA workup
  • Dialysis access planning, dysfunction, or declot
  • Aortic aneurysm surveillance or repair evaluation
